On June 3rd around 22:45 - 23:00 hours while standing outside in driveway with fried, we noticed a relatively slow moving yellowish sphere moving silently through sky. We were intrigued that it was silent and had no commercial/collision lights. Object was traveling on a northern heading then turned east. At the same time, a what seemed to be a commercial aircraft flying west to east, went towards object at approximately same altitude, went around object and returned on a westerly heading. Had normal jet sound but only a port side blinking light, Object never altered course and never made a sound though object did "dim" then went back to original luminosity Realatively clear evening, Stars quite visible. Minimal light pollution. No rain or fog. Approx. 55 degrees
