Seeing Mars Surface Closer
Scientists National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) show the images of high resolution camera on Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter to the public. The results of the photo shows the surface of planet Mars with crisp detail.

Reported by the Telegraph, the image resolution of high definition (HD) is showing the texture of the surface of Aureum Chaos region named on the Planet Mars. The region is a vast region that includes the high plains, steep land and rocky bays.

Most of the rocks on the planet Mars was originally to have formed from volcanic or sedimentary processes. The loss of water or ice on the Martian surface could lead to collapse on the ground, then form a visible feature sloping hillsides.

High Resolution Imaging Science Experiment (HiRISE) has also launched HiWish. Website that allows users to log in and select the desired spot dots to display an image surface of the planet Mars.

The website visitors can see the amazing shapes that appear on the surface of the planet Mars. In fact, sometimes lead to the perception that focused on the unique objects that have been known.

Some time ago, the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter has captured the unique shape of the lava flow that resembles an elephant's head on the planet Mars. Captured object image gives an example of Pareidolia phenomena.

Pareidolia phenomena is not the first. Some twenty years ago have found a phenomenon called the 'Human Face' or a human face in 1976.

NASA scientists have said the phenomenon as an optical illusion caused by the lighting angle of the sun. Thus, form a unique surface morphology and the resulting shadows and gives the impression that resembles a human face.
