June 16 2008 Sighting
Also witnessed during the Turkish ufo wave was a second type of phenomenon. The June 16, 2008 dated video is a good example. Along with physical ufos, in various shapes, there were also orange and red pulsating lights, which were motionless, sometimes appearing and disappearing.

In this segment of the footage we see a group of red orange pulsating lights which are several feet above the sea surface in some kind of formation. There is a total of 6 in groups of 2. What their origin is remains a mystery, but they always accompanied other more physical solid ufo objects. Contained below are single frame images, video footage, location details, and a comparison between 7-2 and 6-16.

HORIZON:


The 6-16 footage was taken during the day making it possible to see the horizon in the distance. With this reference it is easier to roughly estimate were the orange lights are in relation to the water surface. Anyone can check themselves by reviewing the original video for comparison.

ESTIMATED LOCATION:


When searching for other photographs of the Yeni Kent Compound in Kumburgaz I compared it to other still frames and I was able to locate approximately the spot were the orange or red lights are, however not exact.

A CURIOUS SIMILARITY BETWEEN 6-16-08 AND 7-2-08


The lights on July 2, 2008 and June 16, 2008 are very similar in appearance. Each have six light orbs, similar color tone, location, and the same formation in groups of two.

This frame was taken from a video clip viewable here which appeared on Turkish news. This is what the original footage looks like in high quality.

Some things I have noticed up to this point are as follows. There is no outline of a boat, no waves, and no sails. Nor is there any visible structure of something which it could be attached to. The pulsating balls of light are not seen in that location at any other time and are completely out of place. The June 16, 2008 incident adds another piece of strangeness to the mystery of the Turkey ufo case.

This case is still being investigated and I will continue to update this blog when new information is learned.
