Another Mexican video hound specializes in photographing UFOs near airplanes, apparently generating fear in pilots -- but not enough interest for Mexican authorities to follow the photographer and find out how he has so many sightings. Amazingly, the show then ends with Jonathan Frakes (the narrator) pleading that people not make hoaxes for profit, to gain attention, or for kicks. Elenin is presently being tracked as it goes through the asteroid belt on its way into the inner solar system. I am truly sorry to have to be the bearer of such grave and threatening news but the source, NASA, is impeccable. CONCLUSION
An approaching brown dwarf star answers a lot of questions about what is happening all around us that others simply cannot begin to answer. No one really knows what will happen in the fall of this year as this incoming celestial body gets between us and the sun and then rebounds out again and heading directly into earth's neighborhood. One person has speculated that it could rip our moon loose. It could hit us if its flight plan is changed by hitting an asteroid in the next few days. That could be possible if it really were a comet, but if it is a neutron star with a large mass, nothing will deflect its ordained path. What seems likely is what most of the ancient cultures and religions remember-huge floods that pass the world over. The only way the world can have a global flood is if there is some event like an asteroid impact, polar shift, or a very dense object passing close by earth that causes a massive tsunami tide. THE GRAVITATIONAL PULL WOULD GRAB THE WATER AND PULL IT OVER THE LAND ON A MASSIVE SCALE, MUCH LIKE THE MOON DOES TODAY ON A SMALLER SCALE IN THE FORM OF TIDES.

Aliens likely walk among us and the federal government won't admit it, says Butch Witkowski, director of the Lancaster-based UFO Research Center of Pennsylvania.
He spoke to a rapturous audience at the Levittown Library on Saturday in a free presentation called "UFOlogy and Much More" sponsored by the Friends of Levittown Library.Witkowski, of Lancaster, is the director of the UFO Research Center of PA, a nonprofit group of investigators dedicated to confirming the veracity of all manner of unexplained events.
The UFORCOP team travels across Pennsylvania to investigate reports of unidentified flying objects, legendary animals and monsters, the paranormal, reports of alien abduction, spontaneous combustion, unexplained mutilations and other highly strange events. The group has seven affiliated organizations across the country and one in Poland, Witkowski said.
"Hoaxing is 99 percent of this field. If we find a hoax, I expose it. I put it on the website. We will tell you the way it is," Witkowski said. "We do not charge a fee for research. We do our own lab work. We don't take somebody's word for it."
Witkowski said he didn't believe in a government coverup involving aliens until he attended a conference in Washington in which a retired longtime news reporter and Washington insider told him aliens were real and lived among the citizenship.
"Why are they here?" one woman asked from the audience.
"Nobody knows," Witkowski said. "There are theories. Some people say that they are us."
Another question came from the audience: "Do you think that there's a connection between UFOs and the Bermuda Triangle?"
"Yes," Witkowski said, adding that there have been many UFO sightings over the ocean.
"Is there a government cover-up, and why?" asked one woman.
"Yes," Witkowski answered. "There's a government cover-up. Can you imagine what would happen if the government told you aliens live with us? They can't do that. How could they admit that they've been lying to us all these years?"
Audience members who said they had seen unexplained objects in the sky shared their experiences with Witkowski and others in the audience.
"Are things out there? Absolutely. Do we know what they are? Absolutely not," Witkowski told the crowd after hearing their stories.
Jack, a Fairless Hills resident who would only give his first name, attended the presentation after seeing a flier about it.
"I've had an interest in this. I used to be into this in the '90s," Jack said. "I've never seen a UFO. I'm interested in the cryptozoology, the study of unknown animals."

UFO SIGHTING IN NEW FAIRFIELD, CONNECTICUT ON AUGUST 15TH 2013 - HIGH ALTITUDE OBJECT TRAVELING SOUTH TO NORTH
Over the past two years I have seen this same object at various times of the morning and night fly the same course, South to North from directly overhead of my location to approx 30deg. above the Eastern Horizon. During this sighting, I noticed that the object at one point became noticeably brighter for about three to four seconds. I believe this to be due to the "craft" being exposed to the sun. With the time and location it should be possible to estimate the altitude. I have seen several space objects over the years starting with Skylab and its nose cone to Shuttle sightings and the ISS. This object moved at a speed consistent with a space born object. Its course was smooth and perfectly straight. There were no navigation lights or any other lights other than the brightness of a bright star. Except for the 3 to 4 second period where the object became brighter the the brightness and color where consistent.

SCEAU is the French acronym for "Preservation and conservation of ufological studies and archives". Our association, of which all collaborators are voluntary, has the legal status of a non-profit organization. It aims at the long-term preservation of the ufological heritage, that is all books, magazines, letters, investigation reports, newspaper clippings and any other documents (written, audiovisual or electronic) related to UFO research. SCEAU was founded in 1990, in consideration of the sorry fact that, too often, when someone who was engaged in studying these phenomena deceases or ceases being interested, or when a UFO group is disbanded, the perhaps very important documents he/she/it possessed are dispersed, disappear or even are destroyed by heirs...
SCEAU therefore undertook to contact all the persons and groups known to us as interested in UFOs or related phenomena in France and proposed them an "archives transfer contract". Under this contract, the donor transfers all or part of his/her archives to SCEAU at the time he/she chooses, either immediately or later or after his/her death, and defines the consultation conditions. Some people answer us that they have few interesting documents, but our experience of archives recovery shows us that even people who say this always have some important documents, including books we did not yet have.
After classification and detailed inventory of recovered documents, SCEAU puts them in the French Public Records network (National Archives in Paris and departmental - i.e. local - archives), where everyone has access to the documents, at conditions set by French Law on Archives (notably for protecting privacy) or at more restrictive conditions if so desired by the donor. As for books and magazines, that the Public Records are not legally bound to accept, they are deposited in public libraries. A great library in the east of France was given by SCEAU an important collection of several hundred books and magazines on UFOs and related topics, and 120 UFO books have recently been deposited in a university library. A third deposit of UFO books is planned, probably in Belgium, and all these "SCEAU libraries" will be gradually augmented with other books newly acquired by SCEAU. For all deposits, a contact is signed with the archives centre or the library, ensuring the durability of the deposit and defining the consultation conditions.
SCEAU intends to be a mere intermediary between the donor and the archives centre or the library. Its code of ethics, inscribed in its statutes, prescribes it to strictly respect the donor's will and to keep for itself no original document. Another rule adopted by SCEAU, which has no official position about what UFOs are (its members' opinions are diverse), is to discard not any document, however futile it may seem. Indeed, for so ill-understood phenomena as UFOs, it appears impossible to foresee what future searchers, who we preserve these documents for, may consider important. Anyway, even if some ufological claims should appear ill-founded in the future, related documents will be useful to sociologists for studying beliefs of our time. Preserved documents may therefore be useful in any case, be it to physical scientists or to social scientists.
We also play an awareness-raising role in the ufological community concerning preservation of its heritage. Experience it has acquired allows SCEAU to act as an adviser to any searcher wondering about long-term preservation of his/her ufological works and documents. Our association publishes a yearly bulletin giving the complete inventory of archives preserved during the year. SCEAU has established links with the SHG (Sign Historical Group: www.project1947.com/shg) and the AFU (Archives for UFO Research Foundation: www.afu.info), that pursue similar aims in USA and Sweden, and maintains contacts with foreign searchers, notably in Belgium, Italy and Switzerland.
