Full Description of Event/Sighting: I heard an extremely loud whistling/thunderous type of noise from my basement. I go upstairs to check it out, I thought it was my refrigerator or washing machine or someone doing some laundry near by (when you hear it through vents outside)
So it's none of that so I go outside and hear this annoying and once again extremely loud whistling/propeller noise. I look around in the sky and I see the culprit, but I don't know what it was! I'll describe
I thought it was a helicopter, but here's the catcher.....it was twinkling and flashing blue lights in a pattern where one would go off, then the other, on different sides but it was almost like sirens
I caught a glimpse of it through the clouds (it's cloudy today) and it was almost shaped like a triangle, and had like 3 or 4 other red lights behind it
As it was flying away I could still hear the same noise from farrrrr away I couldn't even see it. so I go back inside perplexed. Then I hear it again. it came back around! to make a long story short it came back around four times, just going in a circle or whatever it's agenda was. the last time I saw it leave it was only one strong red light pulsating, not flashing or twinkling.
Correct me if I'm wrong but I know planes have to have standard red FAA lights but this looked nothing of the short, and at times only repeated blue lights.
To my knowledge no plane just flies overhead 4 times in the same area. I want to report it. I've heard rumors of police planes coming into effect in the summer but I'm not sure how valid that is. and it didn't sound/seem/feel like anything "paranormal", it seemed more government operated, but I'm not sure either way
This was at almost 1:30 a.m! I forgot to grab a camera and record it and I regret it I apologize, I'm not the type of person to talk about UFO's with no proof and I take the whole matter very seriously. Thank you.

Prime Minister Tony Blair was briefed on the UK's files about UFO sightings in 1998, newly declassified MoD documents have revealed.
Writer Nick Redfern urged him to "consider making available for public scrutiny all of the many and varied UFO reports compiled by the government".
The request came as the government began to implement Freedom of Information (FOI requests).
Some 6,700 pages of UFO documents have been released by the National Archives.
Chelsea FC sighting
The documents also include details of a briefing made before a House of Lords debate on UFOs in 1979, and reveal that former prime minister John Major had been asked by a fellow MP in 1996 whether the government would set up a national inquiry into UFO sightings.
The declassified documents - from the MoD unit which investigated UFO claims from 1950 until it was shut down in 2009 - also include several sightings and investigations.

Dr David Clarke, author of the book The UFO files and senior lecturer in journalism from Sheffield Hallam University, pushed to have these files released.
He said: "These records allow us to look behind the scenes of what must have been one of the strangest jobs in Whitehall."
'X Files' fiction
Files relating to the unit have been transferred to the National Archive since 2007.
The documents also include an email from an intelligence officer working on the desk who described the daily mechanics of the role.
The officer says it is not the MoD's role to confirm or deny the possibility of extraterrestrials, but to gauge whether unidentified objects are a threat to the UK's security.
In an email he says discussion of the unit "tends to suggest to the public that there are Top Secret teams of specialist scientists scurrying around the country in a real life version of the X-Files... [but] this is total fiction."

On October 8, 1981 at about 11:00 A.M., Hannah McRoberts is with her husband and their daughter on a service area close to Kelsey Bay, on the East coast of the Vancouver Island. During their pause they notice a cloud which passes on the top of a mountainous peak and makes the impression of an erupting volcano in eruption spitting a huge vaporblast. They find the scene rather amusing and worth a picture.
Several days afterwards, when the photographs were developed, they noticed on one of the photographs a discoidal object in the sky. They were surprised as they do not remember noticing anything in the sky at the time when they shot the photograph.
They contacted David Dodge, director of the of Vancouver planetarium. He examined the picture and remains disturbed by this singular photograph. He contacts Ufologist, David Powell, who analyzes the pictures and cannot find any evidence of tampering.
Richard F. Haines, a retired NASA scientist who became a famous ufologist, gets interested in the Vancouver case. He carries out a thorough analysis of the negative and cannot discover any tampering either. His analysis is inserted in the scientific report of the Sturrock Panel. - "Science et Vie #976, January 1999"
THE VANCOUVER ISLAND PHOTOGRAPH
Mrs. Hannah McRoberts (aged 25) of Campbell River, BC, was with her family at a rest-area some thirty miles to the north of Kelsey Bay on the east coast of Vancouver Island, from October 10 to 15, 1981. During this five-day period she says she took a number of pictures of her family and of the local scenery, using her 35 mm Mamiya camera with a 50-55 mm lens, 125 speed, and ASA 100 film. At one point during the holiday they observed that one of the mountain peaks was surmounted by a cloud somewhat suggestive, as they described it, of "a volcano issuing steam", so Mrs. McRoberts snapped that as well. None of the party noticed anything else in the air at the time, and the presence of the UFO was therefore only discovered by them when the prints and negatives came back to them after processing.
The resulting photograph shows an object to the right of and above the peak and the plume of cloud. This photo came to the attention of Mr. David A. C. Powell of Vancouver, who is on the staff of the McMilllan Planetarium in that city, who in turn contacted Bill Allan and provided him with an enlargement, and also got in contact the APRO of Tucson, Arizona, the respected American UFO investigation group who claim now to be the oldest in the world.
In the meantime, Mr. W. K. Allan was able to speak with Mrs. Hannah McRoberts and to interview her on CKOV Kelowna open line radio programme, in the course of which he formed the opinion that her story was entirely genuine and that what we have here is therefore a "legitimate classical type UFO photo."
(The place where Mrs. McRoberts says she took her photograph lies incidentally, some 450 kms or so to the north-west of Mount Rainier in the US State of Washington, where, as readers will recall, Kenneth Arnold claimed on June 24, 1947 to have seen his famous flight of nine saucers moving in formation at 1,200 mph and at an altitude of 10,000 ft over the Cascade Range.)
THE EXAMINATION OF THE PRINTS IN UK AND USA
Very wisely indeed, in view of past experience (what a story there is to be told, one day, about the interceptions of UFO photos and UFO reports from the public mails - and all over the world!) Mr. Allan had arranged that the negative of this photograph should remain very firmly in the hands of Mrs. McRoberts herself.
APRO had meanwhile passed their prints of the picture to one of their most eminent specialist consultants, Dr. James Harder, who is the Professor of Engineering in the University of California at Berkeley, and he and APRO agreed too that the negative should remain where it was.
Here in Britain we passed our copies of the prints to FSR's photographic consultant Mr. Percy Hennell, who is generally regarded as the leading expert in this country in all matters where colour photography is concerned.
THE VERDICT ON THE PRINTS
After careful scrutiny, Mr. Hennell informs us that he would naturally have preferred to have the actual negative in hand for, as he warns, all kinds of hoaxes are possible, and do occur. Nevertheless, he says that he finds nothing dubious or suspicious about the picture, though he does warn us that, if the picture is indeed genuine, then the disc must have been of enormous size - several hundreds of feet wide - to have shown up so large at such a distance! (There have indeed been frequent reports, over the years, of discs estimated to be of such sizes- indeed in some cases of discs believed to be as much as 1000 ft in diameter, as for example in the confidential report which APRO published a good many years ago, and which they had received direct from the pilot and co-pilot of an American troop-carrying plane which, while en route from Tokyo to South Vietnam with a party of American soldiers, encountered two enormous metallic discs that flew on a parallel course with them for half an hour.)
THE VERDICT OF DR. JAMES HARDER
We now see, from APRO Bulletin, Vol. 30, No. 12, that Dr. James Harder submitted his report on the photo on November 4, 1982, and they give their own conclusion, which is as follows:- "All this considered, the photo presented here appears to be an excellent and probably genuine photo of a classical disc photographed in daylight. Although unlikely, if further information and clarification is available, it will be presented in a future issue of the Bulletin."
In view of the obviously very great interest which this photo will evoke, I take the liberty of quoting in full Dr. Harder's opinion as given in APRO Bulletin Vol. 30, No. 12 -
"Generally I feel that the best test of authenticity is in the good reputation of the photographer, insofar as it is impossible to prove a negative - in this case that there is no possibility of a fraud. However, some of the indicators of an authentic photograph can help establish likelihood of an authentic photo. These are -
1. That the negative involved is one of a sequence of outdoor pictures and that the frame in question is not an isolated one. One way of producing a hoax is to re-photograph a positive print onto which has pasted an addition. To do a good job of hoaxing then one would have to re-photograph an entire roll of negative film.
2. That there are no inconsistencies in the lighting of the strange object and the rest of he scene. In the subject photo, I note that the shadows in the lower left of the scene indicate a Sun position nearly behind the camera. There is a reflection on the forward face of the UFO that is consistent with this Sun position. There also seems to be a bright spot under the UFO not connected with external lighting - maybe a light on the UFO.
3. With the right equipment, it is possible to make certain measurements of negative density of the UFO image and of other images of objects at estimated distances from the lens. Here the object is to show that the unknown is not nearby - and thus not a hubcap or other such object thrown into the air. The idea is to measure, from the image of the object at a known distance, the atmospheric 'extinction coefficient'. On a clear day, with a low value, contrasts between dark shadowed areas and brightly lit areas retain their distinction over greater distances. On hazy days, the light and dark areas blend towards a mid-range shade, giving the appearance that distant mountains have of being one shade of grey. Nearby shadows can show their true darkness, as opposed to the lighter shade of distant shadows. But in this picture there are no nearby shadows to serve as a standard, only shadows of trees in the lower left bottom.
It has been alleged that edges become fuzzy at greater distances and that this can help distinguish nearby objects from those far away. I know of no theoretical reason for this based on the optical properties of the atmosphere, but will ask Jim Lorenzen if we have a consultant who could be more sure of this. After all, we do take remarkably clear pictures from space with no trouble from edge-blurring of objects on the ground, and that is through 14.7 lbs per square inch of air in the path.
So proving authenticity is likely to be elusive, insofar as there is only the evidence of internal consistency to go on. I wish I could be more positive, but then there is so much evidence of other sorts for the reality of UFOs that we shouldn't have to add to it excepting for those who are beyond believing anyway."
POSTSCRIPT
In a further letter from Mr. W. K. Allan, he comments on Dr. Harder's reference to the fact that Mrs. McRoberts photo is one of a sequence of outdoor pictures, and says: "It is unfortunate that the importance of keeping the individual exposures on the roll unseparated was not fully realized, but when I saw the negative it was still unseparated from one of the family snaps."
With regard to the lady who took the photograph of this UFO, Mr. Allan goes on to say: "What is of great importance to me is the fact that Hannah McRoberts is the niece of one of Canada's leading nuclear engineers, a man in charge of a multi-billion dollar electrical generating complex, whom I have known continuously since his attendance in my class at Western Canada High School in Calgary, Alberta." - Gordon Creighton / Richard Haines

Full Description of event/sighting: Just want to ask if there were any sightings in this area on Aug 4. I was outside around (very approx) 9:15pm and saw what I thought was a very bright star. I noticed it was moving and slightly orange in colour. It was looking up to the east and it moved south and east from where I first saw it. I was able to follow it for a good minute. My thoughts were plane or helicopter but I thought it was too bright. Also saw a plane in the air with the typical blinking light...but this one did not blink. It appeared to be getting further away until I could not longer see it either due to cloud cover and a tree in my view. No idea what it was but did see 2 similar reports on your blog. Similarly the Napean one is around the same time, direction and brightness as to what I was seeing. The Hanover report also has a similarity by explaining it as a satellite moving across the sky. That is how I would describe the speed and direction but I agree it was much too bright. Thank-you.

Last month on October 25, strange sounds were recorded over Blackburn, UK. Given it is not a new phenomenon and has been observed in previous years.
In 2009, Niburu.nl did a research on this phenomenon and concluded that it may be an object of enormous proportions.
Niburu: "Given the outline that covers the sound and the time / distance the object travels, we come to a minimum size of several kilometers. The sound is not produced by a form of propulsion, but its more displacement of a kind of air flow when an object moves at high altitude at a speed of around 150 km/h."
In GeoChange Journal, Geophysicist Elchin Khalilov and his team analyzed records of sounds and found that most of their spectrum is not audible to humans.
"What people hear is only a small fraction of the actual power of these sounds. They are low-frequency acoustic emissions called acoustic-gravity waves; they are formed in the upper atmosphere," he said.
It is possible that giant cloaked UFOs are responsible for these strange sounds and they utilize earth's energy lines?
Is there a connection between the locations of reported UFO sightings and the locations of reported strange sounds and the latitude lines that divide the Earth into a grid?
Some theorists claim that there is a fundamental relation between UFO phenomenon and magnetic-vortex-gravity anomalies in the Grid.
Is gravity a manifestation of energy from the Earth, connected with the Grid? If so, can they use certain points on the Grid to master gravity? Are UFOs defying the Earth's gravity field, using some sort of anti-gravity?

Maybe it is important to investigate whether the locations of reported UFO sightings and the locations of reported strange sounds are on the same latitude lines or earth's energy lines?

SWEDENBORG ON LIFE ON MARS
Emanuel Swedenborg, who had much to say on the afterlife and the spiritual meaning of scripture, spoke often of human spirits he had encountered who did not originate from our earth - which we now call extraterrestrials. He also stated that many of them came from our own solar system. And these accounts are a stumbling block for many. So for this reason, I am diving in to some UFO reports, and there is plenty of evidence to choose from. I had earlier discussed his account of a race on Mars, and compared that with what we know about Mars now from recent space explorations - that it once had flowing water, it once had a thicker atmosphere, and NASA scientists that it most likely was able to host life in its distant past until it lost its atmosphere due to some unknown catastrophe. Since much of the information is classified, and government officials cannot officially speak of it, they do leak information out under the guise of fictional accounts - and one of them may be the "Mission to Mars" movie that came out in the year 2000.
So for Mars, I thought I had gathered the best available evidence. But I was wrong. See the following video - it shows a clip from Buzz Aldrin, astronaut of Apollo 11) who talks about a mysterious monolith discovered on the moon Phobos orbiting Mars (which may be just a rock), but more interesting are some photographs from a Russian satellite that was sent to the moon Phobos in 1989. Shockingly, it takes a picture of the moon Phobos and there is a shadow of a large disk like object on the surface. Whatever it is, it is huge. And right after that, the Russians mysteriously lost contact with the satellite:
Towards the end, there is a mysterious infrared photograph of the surface of Mars, which shows an unusual heat signature coming from what looks like to be tunnel like structures below the surface.
SWEDENBORG ON LIFE ON THE MOON
So recently scientists have uncovered evidence that Mars was able to support life in its distant past. But what about the Moon? We know it does not have an atmosphere. And yet Swedenborg stated that the Moon was inhabited. He described the appearance of spirits he encountered from the Moon, who he said were few in number:
They appeared of a countenance not unhandsome, but their faces were longer than the faces of other spirits. In stature they were like boys of seven years of age, but of more robust body: thus they were dwarfs. I was told by the angels that they were from the Moon. ("Heavenly Arcana", n. 9233)And not only is the Moon inhabited, but also the moons of Saturn and Jupiter:
That there are in fact inhabitants in the Moon is known to spirits and angels, for they often speak with them, and in like manner that there are inhabitants in the moons or satellites which revolve about the planet Jupiter and the planet Saturn. ("Heavenly Arcana", n. 9237).So while Swedenborg offers many insights on scripture and the human soul, as well as Christianity, quite honestly I - like many others - thought he was mistaken that there was life on the Moon. And in my previous post, I mentioned how Swedenborg could not actually see the planet where these extraterrestrial spirits came from. So perhaps he falsely concluded other planets were inhabited based on the limited scientific knowledge of the time. So that was my theory. Until I found "this "video from the UFO Disclosure Project, testimony from Sergeant Karl Wolf of the U.S. Air Force who had top secret clearance. He speaks about what he saw concerning a NASA mission to the Moon in 1965 in Langley Virginia. It is followed by testimony from Ms. Donna Hare, a former NASA employee, who states that it was a practice of NASA to touch up photos to hide the existence of UFOs - including those on the Moon. And this, quite frankly, blows me away:

I decided to look a little further into this, and here is testimony again from Buzz Aldrin, astronaut of Apollo 11, who said they saw a UFO during their mission to the Moon:
And that is just the beginning. I found this excellent documentary, which gathers evidence from pilots and astronauts, concerning UFOs that have been tracking our aircraft, satellites, and space shuttle missions. Actually when I started to introduce this topic of extraterrestrials I probably should have started with this, as it has very good testimony:
At the end, they show remarkable footage of a UFO taken from a space shuttle mission. And here is an interesting collage of NASA footage of UFOs. Remember that earlier testimony concerning what was seen on the dark side of the Moon? One of the photographs shows an interesting tower like structure, from a Russian photograph - "taken in the same year", 1965:

So if there are UFOs - of such frequency - reported by multiple witnesses (no less than pilots, astronauts, and FAA recordings - plus these numerous NASA videos) - where are they coming from? Perhaps they are closer to us than we think.

And it would seem that these probes are interested in what is underneath the surface... In 2011, it was announced that the Indian probe Chandrayaan-1 has discovered a gigantic underground cave, with two lava tubes leading to it. The cave, which was formed from "ancient volcanic lava flows," is more than one mile long and 393 feet wide - big enough to "contain a small lunar city or a secret Nazi base with a few thousand UFOs," says Jesus Diaz at Gizmodo. It's far bigger than what was previously the largest-known hole on the moon, which is 213 feet across and 289 feet deep, and was discovered by the Japanese Space agency Jaxa in 2009.Not only is it huge, but it is a good candidate for a future moon base: it would offer protection from meteorites and radiation, and the temperature would be a relatively comfortable -4 degrees Fahrenheit (-20 degrees Celsius). The images also show two narrow trench-like structures that appear to lead into and out of the lava tube - a 4-km stretch aligned northeast-southwest appearing to move into the lava tube, and a 2-km stretch extending on the other side. A NASA web site New data about the Moon may help create lunar bases comments on the discovery of "volcanic lava tubes" on the Moon:
The discovery of volcanic tunnels on the moon could provide a natural shelter for the first lunar colony. Researchers have long suspected the moon's volcanic past left an underground network of lava tubes as its legacy, and 2008 images from Japan's Kaguya spacecraft showed a possible way down - a mysterious, meters-deep hole breaching the surface.
"This new discovery that the moon may be a rather porous body could significantly alter our approach to founding lunar bases," veteran spaceman Sergei Krikalyov, who heads Russia's Star City cosmonaut training center outside Moscow, said at a forum on the future of manned spaceflight.
"If it turns out that the moon has a number of caves that can provide some protection from radiation and meteor showers, it could be an even more interesting destination than previously thought. There wouldn't be any need to dig the lunar soil and build walls and ceilings," said Krikalyov. "It would be enough to use an inflatable module with a hard outer shell to - roughly speaking - seal the caves. The caves will protect their dwellers from radiation. The constant temperatures of minus 30 or 40 degrees Celsius are also an important factor," he said.

I see no evidence of a "NASA Underground Moon Base", but the latter article points to a more high resolution image at NASA Underground Moon Base Discovered. It states:

I wanted to grab that image and put it here in case that web site should "disappear." I would much rather have the original NASA photo if anyone can find it. I discuss more interesting evidence of NASA tampering with photos in a later blog entitled, Swedenborg and the Extraterrestrial UFO Phenomenon. But to sum up some points that I have been researching recently:
1. There is a massive amount of evidence that earth is being visited by extraterrestrial UFOs.
2. Much of this information is subject to disinformation and subterfuge by the U.S. Government.
3. While the surface of many of the planets of our solar system are uninhabitable, underground tunnels and caverns will be more hospitable to life.
4. Testimony from military officials and scientists indicate that UFO technology may be hundreds, if not thousands, of years ahead of our time.
5. With such technology, it will be easier to establish "way-points" on planets of our solar system, especially underground.
6. These "way-points" in the solar system may be more attractive to advanced extraterrestrials for one reason: they lack earthly bacteria and viruses which may be deadly to them.
