I was riding with my mother on the way to my brother's house. It was between 4:15 and 4:30. It was cloudy and oddly that's why I think I noticed the five darker oddly shaped objects in the sky. I told my mother to stop the car and watched them. The biggest one was hovering at the center of the four smaller objects and the closest thing that I can describe it as is a half moon shape. This is because it appeared to change slightly in shape. The four other shapes closely resembled triangles and they moved all about in different patterns around the big center object. They seemed to "dance and weave" with the most constant pattern reminding me of a dna double helix. At one point all five seemed to merge before the four smaller ones broke off and did their dance again. Like I said it was cloudy so even though I could definitely make them out, I couldn't notice in detail anything but their shape. In the clouds all five were black shadows against the grey clouds. I knew right away that these were no ordinary aircraft and that what we were seeing was a UFO. Being a believer but never seeing one I was both very excited and a bit frightened I'm not afraid to admit. My mother who is not a believer in the slightest was dumbfounded and sat silent as I enthusiastically rambled on about the objects and justification at last to all of those who think we believers are crazy. After about 4 minutes or so, she must have been too freaked out and started driving again even though I protested very loudly and adamantly. As far as I could tell they were still there cause I kept looking until I couldn't see them anymore. The strangest thing was when we got to my brother's house he and his girlfriend said they saw something similar a few nights back in Beckett MA. I really wish I wrote down exact time and date like a believer should have but sadly I didn't. I figured I'd never forget the exact time and all but I have. BUT I will never forget what I saw. It was amazing! Luckily (and maybe oddly) a week later after dropping my mom off at work on a cloudy (again)morning I briefly saw what appeared to be another object but this time it was just 1 but looked similar to the bigger object that I saw before. Art Campbell writes, "Shortly after the US Air Force became a
separate branch of the service, Alamogordo Air Base became
Holloman AFB in honour of Colonel George V. Holloman, a pioneer
in Air Force research and development." The old Alamogordo
airfield had been a training base for heavy bombers. Then, U.S.
President Dwight Eisenhower was landing at Holloman. It was a
smooth landing as landings go. The big Lockheed Constellation in
passenger service in those days carried over 125 passengers, but
there were fewer than twenty aides and secret service men in the
main cabin with the crew of fourteen each at his station. At
about 7,000 feet into the landing, Major Bill Draper, the pilot,
started reversing the engines, and the plane slowed measurably
and taxied to the end of the runway.
Air Force One taxied back up the runway about 75 yards and
stopped. All engines were shut down. There were probably 300
people with a vantage point, who saw Air Force One land, and as
it did, they called others to other windows, work stations and
vantage points. It must have seemed very eerie for the
president's plane to be seen sitting out there almost a half mile
away, alone and quiet.
No red carpet, no band, no honour parade, just a few horned
meadowlarks calling in the distance. Eventually, the base workers
returned to their stations. And always the question was asked: Is
Ike here? What's going on? The civilians and military on the base
had been told that while the president was here, this would be a
"business as usual" day. A few minutes earlier, Col. Sharp, the
base commander, and several officers had gone to the base
operations tower to see the president's plane land.
The first communication they heard about 8:10 was "HOLLOMAN
TOWER, THIS IS AIR FORCE 7885 TEN MILES EAST OF MARYHILL."
They requested landing instructions, other traffic in the area, and
base wind direction. The runway they were assigned was the
farthest away from the hangars and workshops. It was obvious to
base personnel that what was happening or going to happen was as
far away as it could be. Little could be seen unless one had a
vantage point and binoculars. Phones all over the base were very
busy, many questions were asked, is he still out on the runway?
But about ten minutes after the plane landed the radar officers
gave instructions to shut off all radar. He had turned base
operations over to his deputy base commander as long as the
President was here. He felt it his duty to be with him with no
distractions.
There were a dozen visual patrols out around the base and some of
the up-range small radars were on. A phone rang in the tower with
a report of two unidentified objects passing over Range Road 12.
Then a minute later the bogies were over Range Road 7 only a few
minutes from the runways. Men in the tower swung their glasses to
the north in the morning haze. Then something glinted in the sun,
then something else just below it.
A report came in of a third bogie five minutes behind the first
two. The tower personnel who did not know what these were, were
stunned. No tail, no wings, no motors. Just round objects
approaching the president's plane sitting alone on the far runway
with a covey of base officers in the tower, including Col. Sharp.
They knew something big was up. They reported the objects, logged
them and did their job which was "business as usual." The two
objects stopped about 300 feet over Air Force One, and one
descended on the far side of the plane and gently touched about
200 feet ahead of the plane.
The other hovered briefly and then came across the near runway
towards the big hangars and some shop buildings. It took up a
position somewhere above the buildings over the tarmac. The disc
had a good vantage point of anything that might come towards the
president's plane and the disc on the ground. It was with some
disbelief that two UFOs had come to Holloman AFB in February of
1955. There was little background for believing in them at all as
extraterrestrial. Some who saw or heard about the two craft at
the base that day thought they might be new Russian or German
innovations.
Soon after the UFO landed in front of Air Force One, a man many
assumed to be the President, came to the doorway of the plane,
descended the portable stairs and approached the saucer on the
ground. Some sort of a hatch had been opened a few minutes before
and had folded down to become a small ramp. The man walked up the
ramp, stood briefly at the opening, shook hands with someone, and
went inside.
Observers thought the period of time to be about 45 minutes. When
he emerged from the craft, he walked towards Air Force One. Part
of this time he was facing the observers, and most were sure it
was Ike. He wore no hat, and many recognized the hairline and his
erect military walk.

The police set up a telescope. I asked what the commotion was about, and onlookers pointed to the object... the glaringly white (blinking red, green and blue) object, moving erratically upways, and downways and east and west.It was oval-shaped (length east/west direction). I knew right away that it was a UFO. I had always been somewhat of a believer, although I had never encountered a UFO. My entire body shook and my eyes teared up the moment I saw the object. I continued to shake and my eyes continued to tear for the next two hours.It appeared about 20 times larger, if not more, than Polaris (North Star). Onlookers said it had been directly overhead where they laid on their backs on the grass to watch it until it shot north. Onlookers mentioned that it made triangular turns in its motions, it spun on it's axis.On onlooker mentioned that his house beamed red from inside at around 11:00pm as if he was in the path of a red beamed light. Several others mentioned that it appeared to be beaming a light downward.One of the onlookers was on the phone with his sister in Orlando (a 3 to 3.5 hour drive away), and she was informing him of a sighting there. They were describing the object's movements to one another verbatim. They determined that they were looking at the same object. Two different onlookers at separate locations mentioned a "red squiggly thing" shooting out.The police on the telescope mentioned to an onlooker that the object was dome-shaped on top, flat on the bottom with several circular lights on the underneath side. We watched the object as it hung overhead very still while flashing different colors.At the time, all of the stars that we could see were flashing the same colors as the object. The stars weren't shining normally like they usually so when the light they gives off passes through the layers of the atmosphere. It was a different type of shine--flashes of red, yellow and green. There were planes and helicopters chasing it and it continued to move more west.It finally dropped in the sky below the trees we were near, and we lost track of it. We drove around for about one hour until 11:30ish and never caught sight of it again. We drove to a parking lot where we could almost see the horizon, and we still could not see it.When I returned home, my dog, who had been in her crate, refused to come out (She's normally very cheerful and greets us with licks and jumps when we arrive home.) She then started shaking and pawing like crazy at the door. She appeared as if she couldn't get outside fast enough. Her actions showed us that she needed to go to the bathroom. But that wasn't the case. She ran outside and sniffed for several minutes.The next morning, we saw the story on several different news stations. They all stated that it was a kite with an LED bike light. There are no pictures of the kite with the bike light. There is no way that a kite could have been maintained that high in the sky by a person, and the alleged bike light was much too bright to be a real LED light.
