I saw the lights that passed over Jacksonville, FL on December 31, 2012 - January 0, 2013, however there were many more lights than the three that have been reported.I was working at the St. Augustine city New Years celebration.
When the first light passed over, my employer and I were finishing up our job in a dark parking lot, so we had no street lights affecting our vision. There was only one light to begin with.
We both discussed it, before deciding it must be a helicopter with an unusual light.
Even then I didn't think that was correct, because I couldn't hear the rotors. A few minutes later as we were getting in our vehicles I glanced back up and there were now dozens of the exact same light.
We watched them pass over for more than ten minutes. They were all traveling on the same course, but there was no formation that we could determine. All of these passed over, and the light on each of them winked out at the same spot in the sky.
Neither of us could think of any logical thing they could be, and we never heard a sound. Neither of us are UFO enthusiasts and even after seeing all this we are reluctant to even suggest that was what we saw.
We are both military veterans and have seen dozens (possibly hundreds) of military flights. This was not a military flight. Honestly, the closest thing that I have seen is missiles flying into Iraq.
We knew that no one who didn't see the lights would believe our story (I can't believe it!), so my boss videotaped the whole thing with his phone. I would have done the same, but I was so awestruck I just stood there dumbstruck.

I was on my way to work and at approximately 6:00a.m. I had arrived in Grafton, Ontario. I noticed something out of the corner of my eye and turned to see what it was. It was a well detailed meteor. I have seen many shooting stars, but never have I seen something quite like this. It moved slower than I would have imagined and seemed to stay in the sky forever. I will describe it as best as I can.It had a black center, surrounding the center was a blue circle that tailed off into a bluish green tail and then towards the end, greenish yellow. I was amazed at the colour and detail, it seemed so close. R.J. Hillhouse, author and intelligence blogger, has written an interesting article for the Washington Post about the CIA's increasing use of private firms over in-house government employees. In her story titled, "Who Runs the CIA? Outsiders for Hire" she sounds a "Red Alert: Our national security is being outsourced."
According to Hillhouse, there exists a "mammoth private spying industry that all but runs U.S. intelligence operations today."
Curiously, a source to Starstream Research previously identified private intelligence operations as the primary suspects in recent UFO-related Internet activities masquerading as counterintelligence operations. Or should that be the other way round?
In her article, Hillhouse raises the paranoia level noting that the new Director of National Intelligence at the ODNI, Mike McConnell, "doesn't want you to know... that the private spy industry has succeeded where no foreign government has: It has penetrated the CIA and is running the show."
It was a high-ranking official reporting to the ODNI that last year warned a former USAF OSI Special Agent that he was essentially "exempt from legal recourse" in an impending investigation of his Internet related UFO activities. Rumors from the "Reality Uncovered" community suggest they are prepared to move ahead with a major expose' of that situation.
Even more interesting is that Hillhouse names some of the premier private intelligence firms, and these same folks have had their hands in the UFO/alternative science cookie jar in recent years:
"Intelligence professionals tell me that more than 50 percent of the National Clandestine Service (NCS) -- the heart, brains and soul of the CIA -- has been outsourced to private firms such as Abraxas, Booz Allen Hamilton, Lockheed Martin and Raytheon."
Our source suggested we investigate the privatized intelligence community. Hillhouse notes that "These firms recruit spies, create non-official cover identities and control the movements of CIA case officers."
Maybe R.J. is missing the boat when it comes to the UFO angle? We've seen the advent of the antigravity gurus and their low-profile government contracts (Podkletnov, Ning Li et al), the incestuous relationships between wealthy entrepreneurs interested in alternative science (Bob Bigelow, Joe Firmage), private intelligence and think tanks (James Woolsey, John L. Lancaram a primeira mulher no espaco ("Valentina Vladimirovna Tereskova") a primeira estac~ao espacial ("a "Salyut 1", lancada em 19 de abril de 1971") e estavam bem avancados no projeto Luna ("q"ue visava mandar pessoas at'e a superf'icie da Lua"). Os Sovi'eticos de longe superavam os EUA, isso por que desde o inicio foram eles que projetaram os maiores e melhores foguetes! Pois por causa da guerra fria os sovi'eticos priorizaram os seus esforcos em fabricar os chamados "ICBM" ("Intercontinental Balistic Missile - M'issil Bal'istico Intercontinental") para lancar ogivas termo nucleares (leia-se, bombas at^omicas) a grandes dist^ancias. Morreram nos "acidentes" engenheiros, cientistas, militares e as instalac~oes foram arrasadas, os preju'izos foram astron^omicos e esses "acidentes" foram o principal motivo do fracasso Sovi'etico em levar pessoas a superf'icie da Lua. Os Sovi'eticos prosseguiram com o projeto por mais uns poucos anos mas "desistiram" de vez em maio de 1973 quando o projeto foi cancelado definitivamente. Pelo que sei do assunto, os sovi'eticos n~ao tiveram muita sorte nessa historia de quedas de naves extraterrestres, apesar de seu territ'orio ser bem maior que os dos Americanos. O que explica tamb'em o esforco dos militares Sovi'eticos em querer manter a historia sob sigilo, e essa historia ainda seria sigilosa ainda hoje se n~ao fosse a queda da Uni~ao Sovi'etica em 1990. O interessante tamb'em 'e notar que os sovi'eticos muito estranhamente mantinham o seu projeto de ida at'e a Lua como algo secreto, isso enquanto os Norte americanos faziam o maior carnaval em volta dos projetos Apollo. Well, at least you can say that Ryder is supremely qualified for this absurd program. I mean, besides being the mandatory bimbo that has to be included in every show to appeal to the 18 - 35 male audience, look at all the experience she's had traipsing around the globe with Josh Gates in "Destination Truth (or not)" chasing after non-existent "paranormal phenomenon","boogeymen", and obscure cryptos no one has even ever heard about - I swear, I think they actually make some of them up, like the African hyena on steroids they foolishly chased one night in the Serengeti in one of the programs, just to fill the programming!
I thought it was bad enough to see Josh Gates, Ryder, and their team of immature Destination Truth misfit miscreants, at the ScyFy channel, traveling, vacationing, and seeking thrills in exotic locations at the production's expense; while running around and behaving like rowdy college kids on "Spring Break", mocking our intelligence with their exaggerated, affectated, and out-of-place, antics; and approaching their investigations with the least amount of seriousness, professionalism, and or scientific objectivity. All they do every time something paranormal supposedly happens, and or they get a hit in their thermal cameras of some supposed crypto, is to scream, shout, gesticulate, and fling around their arms wildly - like that bunch of exited hominid facing the black monolith in Stanley Kubrick's film '2001 A Space Odyssey' - contaminating the evidence and drowning any supposedly unexplained sounds with all their hysteric bawling!
And every time they find a bone supposedly from "El Chupacabras", and or a piece of scat from "Big Foot" in the woods of Siberia, and they take it back to the Museum of Natural History in L.A. to be analyzed (how they manage to get it through Customs without it being quarantined and seized is beyond me), it invariably turns out to be a piece of chicken bone, or the scat of one of Josh's cameramen defecating in the woods!
But Ryder has sure taken it all up to a new level with this new show of hers "Chasing UFOs"!
Now she's chasing "Little Green Men", and, supposedly, intelligent beings from other planets obligingly show up in the skies whenever they happen to be filming. How convenient! And all we get is theatrics, hearsay, and these idiots running through the bushes at night with low-lux cameras pointed at their ugly snouts! How elucidating!
Actually, it is somewhat of a 'Poetic Justice' that the "alien being" they encountered in the show the other day would be a cow. After all, don't UFO nuts allege cows are abducted by aliens, and mutilated? Well, maybe the cow that Ryder and her team of ludicrous UFO chasers encountered was a bovine "alien abductee"! LOL!

(Spies, Lies and Polygraph Tape) -- Ever since TV producer Marisa Kagan contacted me about the creepshow weirdness at Bob Bigelow's Skinwalker Ranch, I've been curious how "Jesse Ventura's Conspiracy Theory" would spin the tale of aliens and cowboys battling in a remote location in Utah.
"PEOPLE HAVE BEEN KILLED..."
It all started when aerospace entrepreneur Bob Bigelow -- "a new millenium Howard Hughes... a mysterious, elusive billionaire... who's building his own private space station" -- told the New York Times of the danger from UFOs:
His space stations are not his only interest in space. "I've been a researcher and student of U.F.O.'s for many, many years," Mr. Bigelow said. "Anybody that does research, if people bother to do quality research, come away absolutely convinced. You don't have to have personal encounters."
He added: "People have been killed. People have been hurt. It's more than observational kind of data."
"I get a lot of calls from a lot of people who want me to investigate conspiracies," Ventura explains in the voice over, "This one was different from the start."
"THE SKINWALKER RANCH: NAMED FOR THE SHAPE-SHIFTING WITCHES OF NATIVE AMERICAN LEGEND."
In the 1990s, Bigelow funded the National Institute for Discovery Science (NIDS) to investigate paranormal reports and UFO sightings. One hot-spot of paranormal activity was centered at a remote ranch in Utah. Bigelow purchased the ranch and sent in his researchers to try to determine what was going on.
Veteran UFO investigator Don Ecker told Ventura's team, "All the evidence, all the data that's been collected has been locked away by Mr. Bigelow."
Among Bigelow's original NIDS advisors were Christopher Kit Green, a former senior CIA official, and Dr. Eric Davis, a physicist who was later tapped by the U.S. Air Force to study teleportation. Davis would later tell STARstream Research about a bizarre telepathic attack that allegedly took place at Skinwalker Ranch.
The story of mind-hacking entities told by Davis was truly disturbing, but another, potentially more explosive rumor had been spreading about an alleged battle between Bigelow's people and something not of this Earth.

San Francisco physicist Dr. Jack Sarfatti claims to have heard the rumor while visiting London in 2004, while in the company of Nick Cook, the well known aerospace journalist from the private intelligence publisher Janes Information Group.
"I was asked by the 'CIA' not to pursue the story in 2004, but now Bigelow has (allegedly, it seems) opened Pandora's Box on the story."
According to Sarfatti, the rumor of a battle between Bob Bigelow's employees and otherworldly beings was provided by a mysterious French woman, who was accompanied by a body guard carrying a mystery briefcase allegedly containing "some kind of 'psychotronic' weapon based on alien ET technology."
Following the NASA / DARPA 100 Year Starship symposium, where Sarfatti unsuccessfully attempted to push open the UFO alien visitation topic, Sarfatti dismissed the Skinwalker Ranch alien battle story after speaking to Jacques Vallee, the famous UFO researcher.
"Yes, the French woman's story to me," Sarfatti explained, was "a delusional distortion of [Jacques] Vallee's meeting with her in Paris at Simon Daniel's conference."
Sarfatti seemed willing to entertain the alien invasion conspiracy after he watched Ventura's Skinwalker episode?
"I remember now I told the Jesse Ventura people that there was no point me being in the show because what I heard in 2004 was only hearsay," wrote Sarfatti. " I did speak briefly about it to Jacques Vallee [a NIDS consultant] as I recall, at the first DARPA-NASA Starship Meeting in Sausalito Jan. 2011... and he denied the French woman's version of what allegedly happened at Bigelow's Utah Ranch: a battle with hostile aliens popping out of a floating star gate with at least two of Bigelow's private army being killed. Eric Davis was one of Bigelow's employees at the time and he also leaked the story. This would explain why Eric got so uptight at the Oct 1, 2011 DARPA-NASA meeting in Orlando when I broached the UFO subject followed by Doug Trumbull [special effects wizard on "2001: A space Odyssey"] who backed me up the next day."

I have been receiving weekly reports from people living on the eastern coast of the United States telling me that they are seeing many strange things flying in our skies.
The continuation of large airplane size Orbs continues especially by those living near the Atlantic Ocean. I have weekly emails telling me that these mysterious plasma filled huge Orbs have been seen silently flying across the sky as well as others reporting watching an orb hover overhead.
The people who report the hovering Orbs also mentioned that they felt the Orb was watching or observing them as they viewed the hovering object. A few people claimed the Orb changed its course or came to an immediate halt when it realized the people had seen it and stopped to observe the people looking at it. I also have had people tell me they felt the Orbs may be a living biological creature and not a constructed craft of matter.
Another craft being heavily reported to me by people on the east coast this summer are large triangle crafts. They have told me that the size of the craft was like nothing they had ever seen before covering an entire block or parcel of land the size of two football fields. Oddly the people also claim that these huge triangle size crafts change shape and appear to swing out from the triangle shape into a straight line of lights where it hovers until reforming into the large triangle shape. I have been told that these crafts simply glide silently away until they either blink out of existence or hit an incredible speed and take off in a few seconds time.
I have no idea what any of these crafts may be. I have no idea if they are from this earth or from another place in the universe. I have no idea if they are visiting from another dimension or time. The only thing I do know is that many people are seeing them.
I have to think I agree with many of those who have encountered a large Orb that they do have an "alive " quality to them. I saw one after last year's hurricane Sandy with my family and we all felt it seemed to be a creature as well as a craft. It is hard to explain something you have not seen before but what we saw was a flying craft style object that seemed to be gas like or liquid and gave off the impression it was part living as much as it was part machine. I think it is something we have yet to encounter on earth and is very hard for a human to categorize the strangeness of this new object or animal or whatever it is flying our skies.
The large triangle crafts are equally interesting. The size of these crafts is not something I think most people can digest until they actually see one. I do know if I had a craft over a 1000 feet or more hovering over my house or head it sure would back me up a bit. We are not use to the idea of flying objects that large that can silently hover over us. Those reporting them show a degree of shock and awe when describing this particular craft. This summer I am being told that along with the enormous size of these triangles comes a strange action or maneuver by the craft. It has been reported that these large triangles change shape as they hover in the sky from a triangle to a long straight line of lights. It will linger in this line of lights until it morphs back to form the triangle shape. When I heard about this changing shape it occurred to me that the triangle shape may be made up of many smaller objects that when pulled in to a tight formation form the one large triangle. When they have the need to move independently they move apart and form in a line. It is not impossible that during this time the smaller pieces break away to do surveillance or form a task away from the other units they travel with or are part of. When they are ready to move to another location or return to space they form back in to the tight triangle one unit looking craft.
Yet still another reported style of craft has recently been reported. It is a craft that is transparent or translucent. This craft is said to give off a heat signature from the bottom of it as it moves or hovers. These objects have form but you are able to see through it to the sky or stars behind it. I have a report of a recent sighting of this ship that I will attach at the the bottom of this article. Of course I do not have any idea what technology is being used to produce this type of craft however I feel safe in saying it may not be man made, not by human hands.
I often wondered about this being the case with the Orbs as well, The Orbs seem to come in many sizes. It could be the extremely large one house many smaller ones which they release to spy, observe or encounter us here on earth.
Once they finish with their missions they move back into the large Orbs to travel to the next destination. I do think some type of biological material is used in these objects as they seem to move and look more like a living thing than a solid machine.
Of course this is all theory on my part with a strong want of knowing what all these strange objects are and a never ending curiosity of wanting to know where they come from and what they want from mankind.
For now all I can do is report what I am being told and hope that one day we will have more knowledge, more open minds and more help from our fellow humans in understanding all of these issues.
Keep alert and pay attention to what you're doing and what is around and above you at all times. Know it is just a matter of time before it may be your turn to look in to the cold strange eyes of the unknown!

My girlfriend and I were out with friends. We got back to her place about 3 am. My girlfriend's brother and sister in law were with us and went to bed as soon as we got home. My girlfriend and I went outside on the deck to smoke a cigarette. I knew that the Presides were still semi active so I was I looking up and coaxed her to look up as well to see if we could spot a few shooting stars.
After seeing a few shooting stars something else caught my eye..It was giving off a very soft deep reddish glow and was an unmistakable triangle moving across the sky. It did not change direction but seemed as though it appeared from nowhere right over head and headed south following the shoreline. I brought it to her attention because I wanted to make sure I was not seeing things but she saw it too.
It was not a satellite, nor an airplane that I've ever seen before. I work nights and I tend to look out at the night sky daily. I don't miss meteor showers or when the ISS passes over. I also have an app on my phone that gives me the location of visible satellites. This was something that I've never seen before for sure. I read the article posted on "beforeitisnews" and reminded me of it. I just read this post and really wanted to let you (and Chris) know I have been seeing the red orbs very regularly since October 2012. I live about 18 miles east of Rochester, NY in Walworth, NY.
The first time I saw them was around 11pm. I was driving home from work and had just crested a large hill and could see 2 of them in the sky. They were coming from right were I was headed so I kept going. I saw a total of 4 that night, all headed in the same direction. They basically flew right over me. I pulled over and tried to film them on my iPhone, but it is not the best and the video showed essentially a pin prick of light. I did make a report to MUFON the next day.
Since then I see them fairly regularly. Sometimes they seem faint, and I wonder if it's just a Chinese lantern or flare. Other times it is most definitely something else. Although I have tried to go out with camera and tripod occasionally, I never see them on those nights. There was one night when I captured one on my iPhone and it was low enough in the sky that it shows up. I will attach that video. Oddly, they look red and orbish to my naked eye but seem to lose the redness on film. To my naked eye what I have been seeing looks just like the first picture of the orb posted in the blog. I would love to maybe put together a map of the locations of the sightings. The ones I see (usually 4-5 at a time) almost always seem to travel along the same path and are completely silent.

AUGUST 2, 2005 FLORIDA
On August 2, 2005, the witness called, saying that he had just awakened and was very, very thirsty even after drinking several bottles of water and wanted to tell me about what happened to him. He said that at 1 AM, he watched about ten minutes of the news broadcast and had an overwhelming urge to go out into the back yard. He saw an orange light above the retention pond in back of his yard. He said, that the object that he saw was the same one that he saw over the Gulf, but it was straight across, not tilted and about 200 to 300 feet in the air. It was like a straight bar and pointed at the end, but it may have been a disk. The surface was orange, pulsating, beautiful, flowing like water. There were three squares, then a space and then three more squares. It looked so large that he estimated that it could be covered by "a blanket unfolded". He saw it for about 45 seconds and then it completely vanished. The night was silent with even the crickets not making noise. He found it hard to get back inside the house. He made some noise coming back, but did not awaken the others in his house. He called me at 3:52 A.M., but "thought it was earlier", about 1:20 A.M.. There was missing time of two hours and forty-two minutes, during which apparently an abduction took place.
Thomas became very thirsty after this, drinking four or five 16 oz. bottles of water at once. He later suffered from vomiting, diarrhea and inability to urinate. None of his neighbors had seen the object. On August 4, he noticed a slight burning sensation on his chest and discovered a small red triangle just below the skin. His doctor didn't know what it was, but didn't think it was anything to worry about. The doctor did find that his Triglycerides were dangerously high, 410, (normal 40 to 200) and said that he could be at risk for a stroke or heart attack. The doctor also found that his Electrolytes were extremely low, and advised him to drink PediaLite and to eat only fruit and vegetables. The family had gone to Cape Canaveral to see the space shuttle return. At a lunch with the astronauts, Thomas' niece asked about drinking Tang. The astronaut said that they no longer drank it, but used a different formula because they had found that weightlessness caused a decrease of electrolytes in the human body. This may be significant to Thomas because his electrolytes were very low after an apparent abduction. The witness was fearful of a little girl with dark eyes in the doctor's waiting room, because her eyes made him afraid as did people who wore sun glasses. I just reported some orange lights I have been seeing lately at my new barn in Crowley, Texas. It's further out in the country so there are not as many lights from the city and I am able to see the sky better. I am reporting something else that happened on August 10th at about 10:00 PM at my barn. I had put my horses up for the night and was standing in the paddock with a horse I had helped bring in. The horse was friendly and wanted to be petted so I stayed for a little bit to pet him. We were both looking over the fence toward the road that goes over a hill. There is a very large ranch and ranch house there with a big old bell tower next to it. All of a sudden between the tower and a tree very low over the hill a red light appeared. It got really big, about the size of the end of my finger if held out to where it filled the space completely between the tree and the tower. The horse just shot straight up in the air and bucked then kept bucking and running. The light just all of a sudden disappeared! But the horse would not stop. It never acted like that before and it was hard to get out of the way so I climbed over the fence and left! I don't know what the light was, but I know the horse saw it too and it scared him. I was saying farewell to two associates on a driveway off of Kappler Road in St Helens Oregon when we all noticed out of the corner of our vision a strange cloud or presence to our NE. A translucent object, generally oval in shape, was moving down towards the Earth a few miles above us and to the NE. It was wavering like thermal waves above hot piece of asphalt in the summer. THE SHIP WAS TRANSPARENT OR TRANSLUCENT (could see the blue sky behind it). As we watched it halted and immediately released steam jets, or venting, at regular positions along its bottom edge. Instantly the steam moved off to the North, carried by the wind. Seconds later the ship completely disappeared and all was left to be seen was the steam moving far off and dissipating. All of this took maybe 15-20 seconds. About 1 minute or less later 2 fighter jets flew directly over us at a very high altitude. I could see their trails when they turned, but not when they flew straight ahead. The jets left only slight arcs of vapor to mark their turns. Several times the jets turned in a serpentine motion which was quite rare for the skies above northwest Oregon. Typically they are just heading out of the area in a straight line. We all looked at each other and my friend, said, That was like something out of Men in Black, and we all laughed and said our goodbyes. That is all I have to report. By Dr Michael Salla, ExoPolitics - July 10, 2013http://tinyurl.com/nzu9p25In honor of US Independence Day, Catherine Austin Fitts, a former Assistant Secretary of the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), released a document supporting her claims that the US Navy initiated a plan in 1998 to adjust its operations for a future where extraterrestrials exist and live among us.She claims the plan was commissioned by the Undersecretary of the US Navy and was undertaken by the Arlington Institute, an NGO located near the Pentagon with many military clients, where Fitts served on the Board of Directors.She was asked to assist with the plan and claims she was given an opportunity to meet a live alien, but declined.When I contacted the Arlington Institute in 2008, two members of the Board of Directors repudiated Fitts claims.The document released on her website is the official minutes of a Board of Directors meeting held at the Arlington Institute in 2000. The document confirms key elements in her version of events, especially that Arlington Institute was actively discussing plans for how to best prepare the general public for disclosing the existence of, and contact with, extraterrestrial life.Catherine Fitts claims that in 1998 the Undersecretary of the U.S. Navy had commissioned a "high level strategic plan" to prepare the American public for an official announcement that extraterrestrials exist and live among us. She wrote:In 1998, I was approached by John Peterson, head of the Arlington Institute, a small high quality military think tank in Washington, DC. I had gotten to know John through Global Business Network and had been impressed by his intelligence, effectiveness and compassion.John asked me to help him with a high level strategic plan Arlington was planning to undertake for the Undersecretary of the Navy. At the time I was the target of an intense smear campaign that would lead the normal person to assume that I would be in jail shortly or worse.John explained that the Navy understood that it was all politics -- they did not care. I met with a group of high level people in the military in the process - including the Undersecretary.According to John, the purpose of the plan - discussed in front of several military or retired military officers and former government officials- was to help the Navy adjust their operations for a world in which it was commonly known that aliens exist and live among us.When John explained this purpose to me, I explained that I did not know that aliens existed and lived among us. John asked me if I would like to meet some aliens. For the only time in my life, I declined an opportunity to learn about something important.In March 2008 I was planning to write an article about Ms Fitts claims, and began my investigation by first contacting her to elaborate or clarify her earlier recollection. The Minutes of the meeting state:Mr. Petersen then reported that the Institute had been approached to determine if it was interested in publishing a study by Pickford and Lindemann on the subject of life outside of the earth.After discussion, there was general agreement that publication of the study would be a good idea and would be consistent with the work otherwise being done by the Institute with respect to wild cards.While the study mentioned by Pickford and Lindemann is not identified, here is an online account of eight alien contact scenarios they developed for a workshop on extraterrestrial contact as recalled by one of the participants:Called the second "Contact Planning" meeting and held in Denver, Colorado, this workshop was sponsored by the International Space Sciences Organization and organized by Kyle Pickford and Michael Lindemann....We spent one afternoon in five groups: business, religion, science, government, and media/public. We spent the last few hours of the meeting generating and clustering various strategic planning possibilities.A large number of these ideas clearly fit into two clusters that I find very encouraging: (a) tell the general public the truth right away and (b) prepare to communicate and negotiate with ETI in a friendly and cooperative manner, even if its behavior seems unfriendly.The minutes of the meeting confirm that the Arlington Institute was discussing extraterrestrial contact scenarios in at least one Board of Directors meeting as Fitts claimed. Two Finnish ufologists reported in a well known ufology magazine in 1981 that in Rauma, Finland, on June 19, 1979, at 12:30, two witnesses that lived in a rural area were sitting in their living room with the window opened when one of them caught sight of a silvery gray metallic cupola shaped object resting on the ground not too far away.
The bottom of the object was blue black in color and it was emitting a blue-black beam of light from its middle section. The beam briefly swept the nearby woods then switched off.
Both witnesses had now seen the object and one of them decided to have a closer look. One witness walked very close to the object and was able to see that it rested on small metallic legs.
The upper part of the object was transparent and inside two small humanoids could be seen. They were described a very "ugly" with crooked beak like noses and covered with green brown spots, they had large bulging eyes, pointed chins, large mouths and pointed ears.
Both wore shiny gray helmets with antennae with a yellow line on the middle. They also wore black gloves and clothing. The witness was also able to see numerous gauges and levers inside the object. The being nearest to the witness made a sudden move and the witness was suddenly blinded and fell back. The craft then took off emitting a whistling sound.
The witness eyes were irritated for the next several hours and he was briefly in a state of shock.
DECEMBER 22, 1979, TORONTO, ONTARIO, CANADA
(UFOs at Close Sight) A woman and her brother were driving just north of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, on December 22, 1979, at 06:25, on a foggy evening, when they came upon a really heavy fog bank, entered a dense black cloud, and when they emerged, there was not any other traffic around.
The case surfaces 11 years later when a ufology bulletin tells about it and indicates they had lost 20 minutes of time, and that under hypnosis, they recalled seeing a swirling black cloud and three blond haired and very human looking figures approaching their vehicle.
They were about five-foot ten inches tall, wore gray green coveralls, took the main witness apparently into an object with a green interior while her brother was left in the car. The woman was later brought back to the car.
BRIDGE TO MENDONCA LIMA, PERU, 02-13-1979
During the investigation of the well known Bebedouro UFO abduction, the team of Prof. Ney Matiel Pires encountered in that city, not too far from Mirassol, another UFO account related by Sr. Valdemir Menussi which occurred in February 1979. At that time Sr. Valdimir was working on topographical elevations for the region surrounding the approach to the bridge to Mendonca Lima and the bank of the Rio Grande in the Territory of Minas Gerais just to the north of Mirassol. On the 13th of February, Valdemir and four companions decided to fish the river as they waited for some kind of delivery service. At about 17:45 in the afternoon on this clear day, their attention was urgently drawn to a strange phenomenon taking place. A huge circular disc-shaped flying object of some 30 meters (nearly 100 feet) diameter approached and flew over the group at only some 300 meters above them.
Following that, the tremendous aerial object took up a position very near and hovered there, suspended in the sky right over the river where they were fishing. At this point it was only some 700 meters away. The crew watched in amazement. All the observers could clearly see that the base of the flying disc was circular and flat with a small circular depression in the central part. The area around this concavity, at its periphery, was divided by radiating lines or segments, similar to the spokes of a cartwheel. In each of these segmented parts they could see an opening "like a ventilator". The superstructure on top looked like a large low cupola above the disc rim, flattened on top, with a second smaller cupola above that, and in the same way still, a third smaller, higher domed cupola on top of all. On the sides of the large rim, at the base, they could see dual recessed openings illuminated by some kind of fluorescent light.
The huge flying disc executed gentle, silent movements in all directions and occasionally discharged some fumes or gas from vents. About one hour later the huge ship was still there hovering stationary, a little to the south as the whole rim rotated slowly when suddenly, from the base, near the center, three luminous "tubes" of "blue neon light" were projected, like cylinders extended straight down from the ship to the surface of the river. They seemed to be transparent and were rotating, and looked like they were either discharging something into, or were drawing something from, the water.
After several minutes the "cylinders" were withdrawn from the water into the object, one at a time. A moment later the recessed opening at the left, on the rim, suddenly discharged a luminous beam, like electrical sparks, in the direction of the water. When the beam of sparks touched the water it became violently agitated in that local area. A few seconds later this ray of light disappeared and the recessed opening on the right side discharged another ray, similar to the one on the left, and repeated the same phenomenon of disturbing the water. Stunned by this remarkable spectacle, the five observers, each of them simultaneously, "received" the following telepathic message saying:
"Do not be afraid, nothing unpleasant will happen to you. Remain calm. We are working here. In the future Earth will know."
The second ray was stopped and the two recessed openings closed and disappeared completely, as though they had never existed. The huge object began to take on a blue luminescence, changing gradually to red and becoming more intense offering the observers a fabulous spectacular of light and color. In an instant the huge 100-foot disc-shaped craft projected itself straight up at incredible velocity and with little or no sound! The whole episode lasted one hour and twenty minutes.
As he narrated this account to Professor Ney, Engineer Valdemir displayed considerable emotion. His story was confirmed by the other four men. Now this is truly (sic) a remarkable account and should never be overlooked. Here were five expert observers, trained in the use of size, distance and elevation calculations, all engineers, all familiar with the need for technical accuracy, working on their job in full daylight, in full awareness and alertness of all their faculties, and least subject to delusion by darkness, clouds, haze or any other atmospheric phenomena because none of those existed at the time.
Their vision of the phenomenon was clear and unobstructed by anything for the whole time, and they were afforded ample time for detailed examination of the mammoth aerial craft, at close range, for one hour and twenty minutes! There were many other witnesses. How can this case be doubted?
