Area 51 Mapped Documentation Reveals No Ufos Or Alien Visitors On Planet Earth
The United States government has responded to Jeffrey T. Richelson's long withstanding request for information about Area 51 - the land located 83 miles north/northwest of Las Vegas, Nevada - according to CNN on Friday. Richelson, a senior fellow at the National Security Archives, used the Freedom of Information Act some-8 years ago to obtain information about the governmental area which has caused conspiracy theorists and paranormal enthusiasts to speculate about UFOs (unidentified flying objects) and alien beings for decades. The CIA (Central Intelligence Agency) has now released documentation that - for the first time - has acknowledged the Area 51 site in a significant manner. It reveals, however, that there is nothing there that would excite conspiracy theorists as there is nothing more than a testing site for the government's U-2 and OXCART aerial surveillance programs on the land. There are no signs in the documentation - which includes a detailed map of the land in Nevada - of any governmental hidden secrets regarding UFOs or outer space aliens' past or present visits. Suspicion of what has been going on in the area has been enhanced by the government keeping all research and occurrences at Area 51 Top Secret and making the land off-limits, even though it has never been declared a secret base. With these documents finally being released by the government, it is predicted that many conspiracy theorists regarding UFOs and outer space aliens may find themselves searching for a different fascination. Of course, it is assumed that some die-hard fanatics will search on for proof of aliens having found their way to planet Earth. Area 51 is also known as Homey Airport or Groom Lake. It is a remote detachment of Edwards Air Force Base. The CIA says the actual names of the governmental facility are the Nevada Test and Training Range and Groom Lake, but they acknowledge using the name Area 51 in CIA documents.
